  • Adding the District Calendar Feed to Your Android or iOS Device


    Android - Google Calendar Setup

    1. First, sign into your Google Account on a computer
      1. You do not need a District Google Account
    2. Open Google Calendar
    3. Next to Other Calendars on the left, click the down arrow
    4. Select Add by URL
    5. Enter the calendar’s address (shown below) in the field provided
      1. https://www.swregional.org/site/handlers/icalfeed.ashx?MIID=328
    6. Click Add Calendar
    7. It will now appear on the left side under Other Calendars
    8. You must complete the next steps below before receiving the calendar on your Android device

    Android - Google Calendar Sync

    1. Open Google Calendar after doing the steps above
    2. Select Options on the top left (the three horizontal lines)
    3. Scroll down to the bottom and select Settings
    4. Scroll to the appropriate account
    5. Select the Calendar you just added previously
      1. You may have to select “Show More” then select it
    6. Select Sync
    7. The calendar will now sync to your Android Device

    iOS Devices (iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad) Calendar Setup

    1. Click your iPhone Settings icon
    2. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars from the list
    3. Select Add Account
    4. Select Other
    5. Select Add Subscribed Calendar at the bottom of the list
    6. Enter the subscription link (shown below) in the server field
      1. https://www.swregional.org/site/handlers/icalfeed.ashx?MIID=328
    7. Click Next in the top right hand corner of the screen
    8. The URL will be verified, and your subscription information will display
    9. Click Save 

    iOS Calendar Sync

    1. Click the Calendar icon on your iPhone’s home screen
    2. Click the Calendars button in the top left hand corner of your default calendar screen
    3. Select the name of the calendar you have just added
      1. A check mark will appear next to it.
    4. Click Done
    5. Events from this calendar will now display on your iPhone calendar
