Monday, February 1   - Last names beginning with A – I 

Tuesday, February 2   - Last names beginning with J-R 

Wednesday, February 3 - Last names beginning with S-Z 

What you need to bring:

Please bring your child’s birth certificate, immunization records and proof of residency (a bill or document showing your address.) 

Your child must be 5 years old by October 1, 2010.

Your child does not need to be present, as this is for registration purposes only.
